ARËNKHA SELECTION WITH LEMON JUICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tin of Arënkha Selection
  • Crushed ice
  • 1 lemon

PREPARATION:

  1. Arrange a bed of crushed ice in a nice bowl or caviar dish, ideally a glass one.
  2. Open the tin of Arënkha Selection and place it on the ice.
  3. Cut the lemon into quarters and squeeze over Arënkha Selection.
  4. Taste straight from the tin in spoonfuls or serve with blinis.
