For its part, avocado contains healthy fats that keep cholesterol at bay, is rich in minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium...) and vitamins (such as vitamin C).
It is also a great source of fiber and protein. You can add a hard-boiled egg to reinforce the protein intake and obtain a complete salad in the blink of an eye.
It also combines perfectly with potatoes, tomatoes, walnuts or mango, and can be accompanied with some leaves of tender sprouts or some lamb's lettuce.
