INGREDIENTS
- Iceberg lettuce
- Grated carrot
- Corn
- Strips of cooked ham
- Hydrated agar-agar seaweed
- Passion fruit Fresh Pearls
Sauce ingredients:
- 50 ml rice vinegar
- 50 g white sugar
- 15 g seed oil
- 1 pinch of salt
PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients to the bowl of the hand mixer: vinegar, sugar, oil and salt.
- Whip well until the sauce is thick, for 4-5 minutes until it takes the characteristic white color.
- Let it rest for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Chop the salad ingredients, mix with white sauce and serve with Passion Fruit Fresh Pearls.
