INGREDIENTS

  • Axin (in strips)
  • Nametake mushrooms soaked in japanese tea
  • quail’s eggs, (only the yolk)
  • Avruga

PREPARATION

  1. Place the Nametake mushrooms soaked in Japanese tea (buy them already prepared) in a bowl forming a small heap and make a hole in the centre with the axin strips. Fill the hole with Avruga and finally place a quail’s egg yolk on top.
