These fish pearls are made with anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, which give them their pleasant and intense marine flavour. They are 2mm in diameter, with a creamy texture and black colour.

They are a perfect ingredient for all kinds of dishes and can be used in both hot and cold recipes.
