Arënkha is the MSC version of Avruga.

Fish pearls made from wild North Sea herring, caught according to MSC standards that support the preservation of marine resources. Its natural smokiness gives it an intense and unique flavour, which will enrich any recipe, hot or cold.

Ingredients: water, smoked herring 40% [herring (Clupea harengus, Fishing area: FAO27, fumée)], modified corn starch, salt, cuttlefish ink, acidity regulator (citric acid), lemon juice, stabilizer (xanthan gum) and spices.
