Ingredients: Water, 17% smoked herring (Clupea harengus), modified corn starch, salt, fish sauce (anchovy extract, salt and sugar), lemon juice, natural colouring (carmine and paprika extract), spices, gelling agent (sodium alginate), stabilizer (xanthan gum) and acidity regulator (citric acid).
