Brine-cured wild keta (Oncorhynchus keta) salmon roe. Their thin membrane gently bursts on biting to give way to an explosion of marine flavour. 

Origin: Alaska.

These natural fish roe are ideal for eating by the spoonful, on toast or sandwiches, in mixed salads, Japanese dishes and served with fish.
