Perfect and homogeneous flavor pearls, about 5mm in diameter, that burst softly in your mouth when bitten and fill your palate with their delicious soy sauce flavour. 

The soy sauce we use is Kikkoman’s wheat-free Tamari variety, an additional guarantee of quality. In addition, it is naturally fermented and has a Halal and a Kosher certification.

They can be used in many recipes, to accompany a grilled salmon fillet or to enrich any Asian dish such as a wakame seaweed salad or sushi. Try them also with a beef carpaccio or a duck mousse.
