Sturgeon Caviar 20g

27,50 Taxes included

This is a Sturgeon Caviar from a crossbreeding between Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) and Adriatic Sturgeon (Acipenser Naccarii). Crossbreeding
between different sturgeon species has already occurred naturally in the past,
as different species spawn in the same areas.

Our Selection caviar is characterised by small, dark brown natural fish roe, about 1.5 mm in
diameter. It has a mild flavour and an almost sweet aroma. Its consistency is fine and creamy, with a hard shell.

This caviar is produced according to the strict guidelines for sustainable farming of the organisation “”Friends of the Sea””.
