- 1 jar Spherika Strawberry pearls
- 100 g rice
- 1 l milk
- 200 ml Cream
- 100 ml Water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100 g butter
- 1 Lemon peel
- Boil water with rice until the water evaporates. Add hot milk and cream to the rice, lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Put over a low heat and stir with a spoon for approximately one hour.
- Finally, add sugar and butter until they are fully incorporated.
- Leave to cool, serve and decorate with Spherika strawberry pearls.
