RICE PUDDING AND SPHERIKA STRAWBERRY PEARLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar 55g of Spherika Strawberry Pearls
  • 100g of rice
  • 1 l of milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 100g butter

Lemon peel

PREPARATION:

  1. Boil the water with the rice until the water evaporates. Add the hot milk and cream to the rice, lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
  2. Place over low heat and stir with a spoon for approximately one hour.
  3. At the end, add the sugar and butter until fully integrated.
  4. Let cool, plate and decorate with Spherika strawberry pearls.
