RICE PUDDING AND SPHERIKA STRAWBERRY PEARLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar Spherika Strawberry pearls
  • 100 g rice
  • 1 l milk
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 Lemon peel

PREPARATION

  1. Boil water with rice until the water evaporates. Add hot milk and cream to the rice, lemon peel and cinnamon stick. Put over a low heat and stir with a spoon for approximately one hour.
  2. Finally, add sugar and butter until they are fully incorporated.
  3. Leave to cool, serve and decorate with Spherika strawberry pearls.
