INGREDIENTS
- 1 jar 55g of Spherika Strawberry Pearls
- 100g of rice
- 1 l of milk
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100g butter
Lemon peel
PREPARATION:
- Boil the water with the rice until the water evaporates. Add the hot milk and cream to the rice, lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
- Place over low heat and stir with a spoon for approximately one hour.
- At the end, add the sugar and butter until fully integrated.
- Let cool, plate and decorate with Spherika strawberry pearls.
