INGREDIENTS
- 1 Kg of potatoes
- 1 bag of lettuce
- 400g smoked salmon
- 200g cucumber
- Mayonnaise to taste
- 1 jar of Avruga 55g
PREPARATION
- Put lettuce leaves in a bowl
- Boil the potatoes and cut them into small squares.
- Cut the cucumber and mix the two ingredients together with the lettuce.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add to the above preparation.
- Dress with mayonnaise, preferably homemade, and serve with Avruga to taste.
