SALAD WITH SMOKED SALMON AND AVRUGA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Kg of potatoes
  • 1 bag of lettuce
  • 400g smoked salmon
  • 200g cucumber
  • Mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 jar of Avruga 55g

PREPARATION

  1. Put lettuce leaves in a bowl
  2. Boil the potatoes and cut them into small squares.
  3. Cut the cucumber and mix the two ingredients together with the lettuce.
  4. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add to the above preparation.
  5. Dress with mayonnaise, preferably homemade, and serve with Avruga to taste.
