TULIPAS WITH COFFEE AROMA MASCARPONE CREAM & SPHERIKA PASSION FRUIT PEARLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar Spherika Passion fruit pearls 
  • 200 g de mascarpone
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 5 tbsp coffee
  • 4 big tulip cookies

PREPARATION

  1. Mix sugar and mascarpone cheese. Add coffee and continue stirring. Whip cream when it is very cold. Add cheese, sugar and coffee mixture slowly stirring with wraparound movements. Place this mixture in a pastry bag and let leave in the fridge.

  3. Fill tulip cookies with the cream and adorn with Spherika Passion fruit pearls and a mint leaf on top.
