- 1 jar 55g of Spherika Strawberry pearls
- 100g of rice
- 1 liter of milk
- 200 ml of cream
- 100 ml of water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 100g butter
- Skin of a lemon
- Boil the water with the rice until the water evaporates. Add the hot milk and cream to the rice, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick.
- Put on low heat and stir with a spoon for about an hour.
- At the end, we add the sugar and butter until they are fully integrated.
- Let cool, plate and decorate with Spherika strawberry pearls.
