RICE PUDDING AND STRAWBERRY PEARLS SPHERIKA

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar 55g of Spherika Strawberry pearls
  • 100g of rice
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 100 ml of water
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 100g butter
  • Skin of a lemon

PREPARATION

  1. Boil the water with the rice until the water evaporates. Add the hot milk and cream to the rice, the lemon peel and the cinnamon stick.
  2. Put on low heat and stir with a spoon for about an hour.
  3. At the end, we add the sugar and butter until they are fully integrated.
  4. Let cool, plate and decorate with Spherika strawberry pearls.
