The use of the service is reserved for consumers over 18 years of age or who are authorized by their legal representative and whose purpose is individual and in no commercial or professional case.
The resale or rental of the products purchased on this page is completely prohibited, as is their commercial or professional use of any kind.
Pescaviar SL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time and without prior notice. The customer is obliged to accept only the terms in force at the time of purchase.
Each product is represented by several images as well as a description, faithful to its reality. Variations due to the characteristics or resolution of the user's or client's device are not the responsibility of Pescaviar SL.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the order will be sent by the contracted transport agency.
Once the purchase has been made, the customer can request changes to the order as long as it has not been processed and is on the way. To do so, they must contact Pescaviar, indicating the references provided.
Pescaviar SL reserves the right to reject the order of any customer who has previously breached the purchase conditions.
The purchase procedure will be considered complete at the moment in which the client confirms it, and Pescaviar SL has accepted the management in its entirety.
Stock is limited. The products available at that time will be displayed on the website.
In the event of an inconvenience regarding the stock of an ordered product, Pescaviar SL will inform the customer as soon as possible.
The purchase contract between Pescaviar SL and the client will be completed after checking the availability of the product stock, the corresponding amount has been charged to the credit card, and after the client receives the order confirmation from Pescaviar SL.
Prices include legally applicable taxes (VAT) and are shown in Euros (EUR).
Pescaviar SL reserves the right to change the prices of the items promoted on its website at any time and without prior notice. The customer must pay the price that appears at the time of order confirmation.
Pescaviar SL accepts payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro.
The shipment of the order will take place once Pescaviar SL has verified the bank details provided by the buyer and receives reliable authorization to charge the purchase.
This merchant agrees not to allow any transaction that is illegal, or that is considered by the credit card brands or the acquiring bank, that may or has the potential to damage their goodwill or negatively influence them. The following activities are prohibited under the card brand programs: the sale or offer of a product or service that is not in full compliance with all laws applicable to the Buyer, Issuing Bank, Merchant, Cardholder, or cards. In addition, the following activities are also explicitly prohibited:
- "Sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age."
Orders with delivery outside the territory of the European Union may incur an extra cost due to customs or import expenses. These costs will be at the buyer's expense and responsibility and must be settled where and as designated by the competent authority. Pescaviar SL has no responsibility for them.
Delivery times are approximate, Pescaviar SL offers the following estimates:
· Peninsula:
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 11 a.m. are delivered within 24 hours (before 1:30 p.m.). After that time they will be delivered within 48 hours (before 1:30 pm), except if the purchase is made on Thursday after 11 am as there are no deliveries on Saturdays. In this case, the order will be delivered the following Tuesday (before 1:30 p.m.).
Orders placed on Fridays and during the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week (before 1:30 p.m.), in this way we can ensure that the cold chain is not broken.
Orders placed on national or Community/City of Madrid holidays that fall during the week will be processed the following day.
· Canary Islands and Balearic Islands: No shipments are made to the Islands.
Shipping costs are described during the purchase process, before order confirmation based on volume and destination.
Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays of the Spanish calendar and of the provinces of Madrid and Murcia.
In case of loss of the product due to a cause attributable to the transport company, Pescaviar SL will resend it at no cost to the buyer, once the fact has been investigated.
When making a purchase, the client accepts the commitment to sign the receipt sheet presented upon delivery of the order, in which he may include the observations he deems appropriate, always recording the state in which he receives his purchase. The client acknowledges having received the order as requested, clarifying the state in which it has been delivered.
If you want to attest to any incident, you must reflect the detail of it in the delivery document and make a claim within a maximum period of 24 hours.
The shipping costs derived from an unjustified change are borne by the buyer.
To make a change, the customer must contact Pescaviar SL, communicating their intention to change the product for another within a period not exceeding 15 days from receipt of the same.
In the event that the return generates a difference in the amount of the purchase in favor of Pescaviar SL, the customer will pay the difference.
In the event that the return generates a difference in favor of the client, Pescaviar SL will reimburse the client for said amount in the same form of payment in which the order was placed.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the order. To exercise this right, the client must inform Pescaviar SL of his decision to cancel the purchase in the following e-mail, general@pescaviar.com and attach the following form with the required data Form model
If the customer terminates the purchase contract, he will bear the expense generated by the return of the order. The customer will be refunded all payments, including delivery costs within 14 days from the moment Pescaviar SL has been informed of its decision. Said refunds will be made with the same payment method that the client has used for the purchase.
In the case of returning a product belonging to a multiple order, the delivery costs will not be reimbursed.
The products must be returned in perfect condition and in their original package. No return or exchange will be accepted if the items are returned, incomplete, damaged or opened.

Return costs and customs expenses and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If the return costs are greater than the value of the merchandise to be returned, the remaining balance will be charged.

Pescaviar SL guarantees the authenticity and high quality of its products.
It is totally prohibited to copy or reproduce, in whole or in part, any content, whether textual and/or graphic, present on the Pescaviar Sl website without your prior and express consent.

The order is subject to the Terms and Conditions in force on the date and time the customer makes it.
The purchase contract between the client and Pescaviar SL is governed by Spanish law.
