SIXTH – REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE
All natural persons who meet the conditions established in these bases may participate.
Residents of Spain (except Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands) of any age, previously registered on Instagram with a single real user and who follow Spherika, may participate in the draw free of charge and voluntarily. They must actively participate in the raffle according to the mechanics set forth in this document.
In relation to the participation of minors, the Organizer informs that the parents and guardians will be the only ones responsible for controlling and assisting minors in the mechanics of the draw and browsing their social networks.

NINTH – REQUIREMENTS FOR SENDING THE PRIZE
In order to receive the prize obtained in the draw, the person who has been awarded will have to send, within a maximum period of 7 days from the publication of the winner, a private message on Instagram including their personal information (name, surname, shipping address and contact telephone number).
In the event that there is no response from the awarded person, within the indicated period, they will lose the possibility of claiming the prize, passing the right to a substitute appointed by the procedure described in these bases.
TENTH – ASSIGNMENT OF IMAGE RIGHTS AND DATA PROTECTION
The participants accept, through their participation in the draw, that the comments that are going to be published on Instagram can be shared with the rest of the users.
The winner of the draw expressly authorizes the organizing company to reproduce and use his name and surname, as well as his image, in any promotional activity related to the draw in which he has been the winner without said use conferring the right to remuneration or benefit. any, except for the delivery of the prize won.
