BICOLOUR TOAST WITH SPHERIKA DATE PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 225 grams of unsweetened membrillo (quince paste)
  • 130 grams of fresh cheese
  • 4 square slices of toasted bread
  • 1 jar of Spherika Date pearls

PREPARATION:

  1. Cut the membrillo and the fresh cheese into 2cm cubes. You will need 4 cubes of each ingredient per toast.
  2. Cut the toast into a 6cm x 6cm square.
  3. Place the cubes of fresh cheese and membrillo on top of the toast, alternating them as in the checkers board game.
  4. Top with a spoonful of date pearls.
