WATERMELON SALAD WITH SPHERIKA PEARLS OF VINEGAR OF MODENA

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 mini watermelon
  • 200g feta cheese
  • 15 pitted black olives
  • 1 lemon
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • a few mint leaves
  • 1 jar of Spherika pearls of balsamic vinegar of Modena
PREPARATION:
  1. Cut the top of the watermelon.
  2. Cut the pulp into 2 cm cubes and pour them into a large bowl.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into 2 cm cubes and add them to the watermelon cubes.
  4. Cut the black olives and add to the mixture.
  5. Mix and season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Fill the watermelon with the cubes of watermelon and feta.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  8. Finish with Spherika pearls of Modena balsamic vinegar to taste.
