Ingredients
- Lettuce leaves (you can use your favorite variety).
- Cherry tomatoes, cut in half.
- Red onion, cut into thin slices.
- Feta cheese, crumbled.
- Radishes, cut into thin slices.
- Date spheres .
For the dressing
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- Wash the lettuce leaves well and remove them carefully. Place them in a large salad bowl.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
- Add the thin slices of red onion and the sliced radishes.
- Spread the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the date spheres, distributing them evenly.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients.
