INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
- A jar of roasted red peppers.
- 1 large zucchini.
- Tuna or tuna belly.
- Extra virgin olive oil.
- Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
- 1 jar of Spherika Extra Virgin Olive Oil pearls.
PREPARATION:
- Drain the peppers and place in a bowl.
- Peel the zucchini and make 'spaghetti' to place in the center of the dish.
- Add the tuna or tuna belly to our liking.
- Dress with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add the Spherika pearls of extra virgin olive oil.
