PEPPER SALAD WITH EVOO SPHERIKA PEARLS

INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)

  • A jar of roasted red peppers.
  • 1 large zucchini.
  • Tuna or tuna belly.
  • Extra virgin olive oil.
  • Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
  • 1 jar of Spherika Extra Virgin Olive Oil pearls.

PREPARATION:

  1. Drain the peppers and place in a bowl.
  2. Peel the zucchini and make 'spaghetti' to place in the center of the dish.
  3. Add the tuna or tuna belly to our liking.
  4. Dress with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar and add the Spherika pearls of extra virgin olive oil.
