GUACAMOLE WITH SPHERIKA CHILI PEARLS AND NACHOS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 medium avocados at their point of maturation
  • 100g of Onion or spring onion
  • 1 serrano chile
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste
  • 55g Spherika chili pearls

PREPARATION:

  1. Chop the onion and chillies into a fine brunoise.
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the bones. Remove the meat and mash it with a fork.
  3. Add the chopped vegetables.
  4. Season and add Spherika chili pearls, to taste.
  5. Serve accompanied by nachos.
