- 2 medium avocados at their point of maturation
- 100g of Onion or spring onion
- 1 serrano chile
- 1 jalapeno pepper (optional)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
- 55g Spherika chili pearls
- Chop the onion and chillies into a fine brunoise.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the bones. Remove the meat and mash it with a fork.
- Add the chopped vegetables.
- Season and add Spherika chili pearls, to taste.
- Serve accompanied by nachos.
