FIGS STUFFED WITH GOAT CHEESE WITH ANCHOVIAR

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 fresh figs
  • 1 roll of goat cheese
  • dried rosemary
  • liquid honey
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 jar of Anchoviar anchovy pearls

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
  2. Carefully wash the figs, dry them with absorbent paper and cut crosswise, without reaching the base.
  3. Cut 8 thin slices of goat cheese and place each one inside each fig.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add a little rosemary and pour a drizzle of honey and another of extra virgin olive oil.
  5. Place in the oven at medium height, and leave for about 5 minutes at 180ºc, until the goat cheese begins to melt.
  6. Plate, placing 2 figs on each plate. Add a tablespoon of Anchoviar anchovy pearls in the center of each fig.
  7. Serve right away.
