- 2 oranges (juice and zest)
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Chopped fresh parsley to decorate
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Remove the chicken thighs from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Reserve excess marinade.
