How to make baked salmon with teriyaki sauce
This preparation of salmon with baked teriyaki sauce and soy pearls cannot be missed. Follow the next steps carefully!

PREPARATION:

  1. The first step that we will carry out to cook our salmon with teriyaki sauce in the oven is to chop the ginger into very fine pieces.
  2. Next, we will take a deep plate to mix the honey, the soy sauce and the previously chopped ginger. Place the salmon fillets on top with the skin facing up and cover it with plastic wrap to leave it to marinate at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  3. While we wait, we can cut the red pepper into julienne strips and preheat the oven to 200ºC.
  4. We will also take the opportunity to cut four rectangles of aluminum foil of 30 cm each. In them we will place the salmon loins.
  5. When we have done this step, we will distribute the pepper julienne and pour the marinade on top of the fish. Close the papillotes and put them in the oven for about 12 minutes.
  6. At the time of serving, we will open the papillotes, we will place a salmon loin on each plate and we will crown the preparation with the red pepper. We will also add some spinach sprouts around the loins.
  7. Finally, all we have to do is pour the papillote juice on top and season the recipe with teriyaki sauce and our Spherika soy sauce pearls (about 32 pearls per loin).
