INGREDIENTS:
- 400g scallops (without the shells)
- 50g carrot
- 4 garlic cloves
- 50g broccoli
- 125ml chicken broth
- 50ml peanut oil
- 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 jar of Spherika lemon-lime pearls
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
- Finely chop the garlic and chop the vegetables. Heat water in a saucepan with a pinch of salt and when it starts to boil, add the vegetables and scallops. Blanch, strain and reserve.
- Next, sauté the vegetables and scallops in a wok with hot extra virgin olive oil and garlic. Season to taste. Then add the broth. Cook for approximately 3 to 4 minutes until the vegetables are cooked with a crisp touch. Add the peanut oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Sprinkle with white pepper. Finally, cook everything for another minute and accompany with Spherika lemon-lime pearls.
