MOLUGA, smoked herring spheres 145g

MOLUGA is our most sophisticated product , made from wild herring from the North Sea. Their natural smoking with a blend of specially selected beech woods, together with a higher lipid content than Avruga, a reduced salt content and the absence of sugars, give them a unique, subtle and delicious flavour as well as a creamier texture and an elegant dark grey colour.

 

WITHOUT: GMO, aromas, flavour enhancers, preservatives and colourings.

Storage

Once opened, consume within 15 days. Store between 2ºC and 10ºC

Suggestion for use

The refined packaging can be used directly at the table to enjoy the pearls with a few drops of lemon juice on thin slices of toasted bread, for example.

These fish pearls also pair perfectly with other fish products, soft cheeses and seafood. For instance, we combine MOLUGA with blinis and cream cheese for a quick appetizer. It can also be added as a finishing touch to a delicious red prawn carpaccio.
