Salmon-based spherifications with a liquid interior, of about 5mm in diameter. With a taste and texture very similar to natural salmon roe, our Spherika salmon pearls are a perfect cost-effective alternative to these for recipes and canapés.

Storage

Once opened, consume within 7 days. Store between 2ºC and 6ºC

Suggestion for use

These fish pearls are ideal for use in salads, canapés or as a topping for soups. They are also a good option to be included as a special touch on a fish tartar, or to create delicious toasts with cheese or smoked fish.

Ingredients: Salmon broth (water, 1.5% salmon), salt, sunflower oil, salmon oil, sugar, gelling agent: sodium alginate, thickener: carboxymethylcellulose and carrageenan, stabiliser: calcium chloride, flavourings, colouring agents: paprika extract and carmine, acidifier: citric acid and preservative: sodium benzoate.
