INGREDIENTS: (4 servings)
- 370g frozen bluefin tuna loin or bluefin tuna tataki
- Salt
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of a lime
- 1 jar of Spherika yuzu pearls
PREPARATION:
- Season the red tuna loin with salt and pepper.
- Pour a splash of olive oil into a frying pan and sear the tuna on all four sides over high heat, so that only the outer layer is sealed, leaving the inside raw.
- Reserve for 10 minutes at room temperature.
- Cut the tataki into slices and plate. Pour a splash of lime juice on each plate, on top of the tuna.
- Place some yuzu and soy Spherika pearls on top.
