INGREDIENTS:
- 12 blinis
- 150cc of liquid cream
- Juice 1/2 lemon
- 1 plain yogurt
- 175gr of cream cheese
- Moluga, herring pearls
PREPARATION:
- Cheese cream: mix the cream with the lemon juice, the yogurt and the cheese. Beating everything a little before serving.
- Spread the blinis with the cream and add a teaspoon of Moluga.
