BLINIS WITH SMOKED SALMON AND AVRUGA HERRING PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 granny apple
  • 1 lemon
  • 150 g thinly sliced ​​smoked salmon
  • 160 g cream cheese
  • fresh chives
  • fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 blinis
  • 55g Avruga herring pearls

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash the chives and dill and chop finely.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the extra virgin olive oil, the fine herbs, the juice of half a lemon and its zest.
  3. Wash the Granny apple and cut it into thin slices without peeling it.
  4. Spread the blinis with the cream cheese.
  5. Add a slice of apple.
  6. Place a slice of smoked salmon.
  7. Top with a tablespoon of Avruga herring pearls and garnish with a sprig of dill.
