- 1 granny apple
- 1 lemon
- 150 g thinly sliced smoked salmon
- 160 g cream cheese
- fresh chives
- fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 12 blinis
- 55g Avruga herring pearls
- Wash the chives and dill and chop finely.
- Mix the cream cheese with the extra virgin olive oil, the fine herbs, the juice of half a lemon and its zest.
- Wash the Granny apple and cut it into thin slices without peeling it.
- Spread the blinis with the cream cheese.
- Add a slice of apple.
- Place a slice of smoked salmon.
- Top with a tablespoon of Avruga herring pearls and garnish with a sprig of dill.
