AVOCADO CREAM WITH PURPLE ONION AND SPHERIKA TROUT ROE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 purple onions
  • 250 ml of liquid cream
  • 1 lime
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 jar of Spherika trout roe

PREPARATION:

  1. Peel the avocado and beat it in the blender together with the cream, salt, pepper, a few drops of lime and a dash of oil. Beat until a consistent cream is left.
  2. Serve in small appetizer spoons and top with a few pieces of purple onion and trout roe.
