INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large avocados
- 1 purple onions
- 250 ml of liquid cream
- 1 lime
- Salt
- Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 jar of Spherika trout roe
PREPARATION:
- Peel the avocado and beat it in the blender together with the cream, salt, pepper, a few drops of lime and a dash of oil. Beat until a consistent cream is left.
- Serve in small appetizer spoons and top with a few pieces of purple onion and trout roe.
