Suggestion for use
Spherika trout roe are perfect on toast or sandwiches, in mixed salads, Japanese dishes and with fish.
They pair very well with avocado, red onion or ceviche. They are an ideal topping for Tudela flowers and shrimp omelettes. They can also be combined with delicious poached eggs to give them a special touch.
