INGREDIENTS:
- iceberg lettuce
- grated carrot
- corn
- strips of cooked ham
- hydrated agar-agar seaweed
- 1 jar of Spherika passion fruit pearls 55g
Ingredients for the sauce
- 50 ml of rice vinegar
- 50g white sugar
- 15 g seed oil
- 1 pinch of salt.
PREPARATION:
- Add all the ingredients of the sauce to the glass of the hand blender: vinegar, sugar, oil and salt.
- Beat well until the sauce is assembled, for 4-5 minutes until it takes on the characteristic white color.
- Let it rest for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Chop the salad ingredients, mix with white sauce and serve with Spherika passion fruit pearls
