CLASSIC CHINESE SALAD WITH SPHERIKA PASSION FRUIT PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • iceberg lettuce
  • grated carrot
  • corn
  • strips of cooked ham
  • hydrated agar-agar seaweed
  • 1 jar of Spherika passion fruit pearls 55g

Ingredients for the sauce

  • 50 ml of rice vinegar
  • 50g white sugar
  • 15 g seed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt.

PREPARATION:

  1. Add all the ingredients of the sauce to the glass of the hand blender: vinegar, sugar, oil and salt.
  2. Beat well until the sauce is assembled, for 4-5 minutes until it takes on the characteristic white color.
  3. Let it rest for at least 10-15 minutes.
  4. Chop the salad ingredients, mix with white sauce and serve with Spherika passion fruit pearls
