INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 bag of lettuce
- 400g smoked salmon
- 200g cucumber
- mayonnaise to taste
- 1 jar of Avruga 55g
PREPARATION:
- Lettuce leaves are put in a container
- Cook the potatoes and cut them into squares.
- Also cut the cucumber and mix the two ingredients together with the lettuce.
- Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add it to the previous preparation.
- Garnish with mayonnaise, better if it is homemade, and serve with Avruga to taste.
