SALAD WITH SMOKED SALMON AND AVRUGA

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 1 bag of lettuce
  • 400g smoked salmon
  • 200g cucumber
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • 1 jar of Avruga 55g

PREPARATION:

  1. Lettuce leaves are put in a container
  2. Cook the potatoes and cut them into squares.
  3. Also cut the cucumber and mix the two ingredients together with the lettuce.
  4. Cut the smoked salmon into strips and add it to the previous preparation.
  5. Garnish with mayonnaise, better if it is homemade, and serve with Avruga to taste.
