INGREDIENTS:
- 10 cooked red prawns
- 1 octopus leg
- 8 mussels
- Mayonnaise
- fresh chives
- 1 jar of Spherika salmon roe 50g
PREPARATION:
- Peel and cut the prawns. Squeeze some of the juice from the heads and set aside. Cut the already cooked octopus and mussels into not very large pieces.
- Put the prawns, octopus and mussels in a bowl, add a little of the juice from the prawn heads, add salt to taste and mix with a light mayonnaise. Chop the fresh chives. Plate, sprinkle the chopped chives and crown with the Spherika salmon roe.
