NAMETAKE MUSHROOMS, AVRUGA AND QUAIL EGG

INGREDIENTS:

  • Aje (in strips)
  • Nametake mushrooms in Japanese tea
  • Quail eggs (yolk only)
  • Avruga

PREPARATION:

  1. Put the Nametake Mushrooms in Japanese tea (buy already prepared) in a bowl, then make a small mound with a hole in the center with the garlic cut into strips filling this hole with Avruga and finally place the quail egg yolk .
