INGREDIENTS:
- 3/4kg of potatoes
- 1 onion
- 8 quail eggs
- 1 jar of Avruga 120g
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper.
PREPARATION:
- Cut the potatoes bakery style and chop the onion. Fry these ingredients in a pan with plenty of olive oil and serve in a bowl.
- Go frying the eggs and place them on top of the potatoes. Crack the eggs carefully and season lightly.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley and add Avruga to taste.
