- 400g of pasta
- 50g butter
- 100cl of liquid cream
- 1Cup of Vodka
- 1 jar of SPHERIKA herring pearls 55g
- cayenne powder
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Heat the liquid cream over a very low heat, gradually adding the vodka and adding a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper, nutmeg and a pinch of cayenne. Stir continuously.
- Cook the pasta with plenty of water, salt and a teaspoon of butter. Drain the pasta and serve on a preheated platter.
- Mix with the vodka sauce and add Spherika herring pearls to taste.
