CUCUMBERS STUFFED WITH CHEESE AND RED HERRING SPHERIKA PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 small cucumbers
  • 1 jar of creamy cheese with garlic and fine herbs (rondelé type)
  • chives to decorate
  • 1 jar of red Spherika herring pearls

PREPARATION:

  1. Wash and peel the cucumbers.
  2. Cut each cucumber into four slices.
  3. Hollow out the cucumber slices, leaving a base.
  4. Fill with creamy cheese with garlic and fine herbs.
  5. Crown with Spherika herringbone red pearls.
  6. Place a sprig of chives around each cucumber slice and tie.
  7. Garnish with chives.
