- 2 small cucumbers
- 1 jar of creamy cheese with garlic and fine herbs (rondelé type)
- chives to decorate
- 1 jar of red Spherika herring pearls
- Wash and peel the cucumbers.
- Cut each cucumber into four slices.
- Hollow out the cucumber slices, leaving a base.
- Fill with creamy cheese with garlic and fine herbs.
- Crown with Spherika herringbone red pearls.
- Place a sprig of chives around each cucumber slice and tie.
- Garnish with chives.
