Ingredients:
- Fresh salmon (200 grams)
- 2 ripe avocados
- Salmon balls 100g
- Olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill
- Assorted lettuce leaves for the base
Instructions:
Prepare the salmon: cut the salmon into small cubes. In a bowl, mix the salmon with a little olive oil, salt, pepper and chopped dill. Marinate for about 10 minutes.
Marinate the avocado: In another bowl, mix the avocado cubes with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. This will prevent the avocado from oxidizing and add flavor.
Assemble the salad: On individual plates, place a base of assorted lettuce leaves. On top, distribute the salmon spheres, salmon and avocado evenly.
Finish: Garnish with a little more fresh dill and, if desired, you can add a touch of lemon or balsamic vinegar.
