For the cookie base:
- 1 cup crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks

Instructions:
Prepare the cookie base:
- Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Place a layer of this mixture in the bottom of individual glasses or glasses, pressing lightly to form a compact base.
Prepare the cheese filling:
- Beat the cream cheese with the icing sugar and vanilla until the mixture is smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well blended.
Assemble the dessert:
- On top of the cookie base in each glass, add a generous layer of the cheese filling.
- Decorate with passion fruit spheres
Refrigerate:
- Before serving, refrigerate the desserts for at least an hour so the flavors blend well and the dessert sets.
