TORTILLA FRANCESA CON AVRUGA PERLAS DE ARENQUE

FRENCH OMELETTE WITH AVRUGA HERRING PEARLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 units
  • 10g butter
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  • Dill
  • EVOO
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 55g of Spherika Avruga Herring Pearls

PREPARATION:

  1. Beat the eggs and season
  2. Heat a skillet over medium/high heat with the butter and pour in the eggs
  3. Let it set and fold it in half
  4. Heat the heavy cream and pour it
  5. Add Avruga herring pearls to taste. Garnish with some fresh dill
