INGREDIENTS:
- 4 units
- 10g butter
- 4 tablespoons heavy cream
- Dill
- EVOO
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 55g of Spherika Avruga Herring Pearls
PREPARATION:
- Beat the eggs and season
- Heat a skillet over medium/high heat with the butter and pour in the eggs
- Let it set and fold it in half
- Heat the heavy cream and pour it
- Add Avruga herring pearls to taste. Garnish with some fresh dill
