Lightly brine-cured rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) roe. Their thin membrane gently breaks when bitten to give way to an explosion of iodised flavour. One of our finest fish roe.

WITHOUT: GLUTEN, GMO, flavourings, flavour enhancers, preservatives and colourings.

Suggestion for use

Spherika trout roe are perfect on toast or sandwiches, in mixed salads, Japanese dishes and with fish.

They pair very well with avocado, red onion or ceviche. They are an ideal topping for Tudela flowers and shrimp omelettes. They can also be combined with delicious poached eggs to give them a special touch.

Propiedades SPHERIKA, trout roe

Las huevas de trucha tienen las mismas propiedades que las huevas de salmón, pero son de textura más firme y de menor tamaño.
Ingredientes naturales: sólo huevas y sal.
Sin OGM ni gluten.
Las huevas son un alimento rico en ácidos grasos omega 3 y vitamina B12.
El aporte de proteínas es elevado.
Los aportes de minerales son destacados en selenio y fósforo.
Una cucharada de postre cubre la mitad de las IR/día de vitamina B12. Contienen también vitaminas A, C, D y E.
Larga caducidad: 12 meses desde producción y 3 días después de apertura.
Tª de conservación: entre 2 ºC y 7 ºC.
