    Spherifications with a liquid interior of about 3mm in diameter, from a sturgeon.
    With a flavor and texture virtually indistinguishable from natural sturgeon roe, sturgeon pearls are the perfect alternative.

Ingredients: Sturgeon broth (water, 1.5% sturgeon), salt, sunflower oil, salmon oil, sugar, gelling agent: sodium alginate, thickeners: carboxymethylcellulose, modified corn starch, carrageenan, stabilizer: calcium chloride, colors: charcoal, beta-carotene, aromas, acidulant: citric acid and preservative: sodium benzoate.
