    These pearls are made with anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, which give them their pleasant and intense marine flavor. They are 2mm diameter pearls, with a creamy texture and black color.
    They are a perfect ingredient for all kinds of dishes, and can be used in both hot and cold recipes.

Water, anchovy 30% (Engraulis encrasicolus, Fising area: FAO27), modified potato starch, refined sunflower oil, cuttlefish ink, acidity regulator (citric acid), lemon juice, stabilizer (xanthan gum), species and antioxidant (tocopherol-rich extract).
