Description
These pearls are made with anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, which give them their pleasant and intense marine flavor. They are 2mm diameter pearls, with a creamy texture and black color.
They are a perfect ingredient for all kinds of dishes, and can be used in both hot and cold recipes.Suggestions for use
With eggs, pasta, salads and any fish dish.
