Las huevas de lumpo son las más
consumidas como alternativa al caviar, sobre todo en aperitivos.
Sin OGM ni gluten.
Las huevas son un alimento rico en ácidos grasos omega 3 y vitamina B12.
El aporte de proteínas es elevado.
Los aportes de minerales son destacados en selenio y fósforo.
Una cucharada de postre cubre la mitad de las IR/día de vitamina B12. Contienen también vitaminas A, C, D y E.
