    Spherifications with a liquid interior of about 5mm in diameter, made of salmon.
    With a taste and texture virtually indistinguishable from natural salmon roe, salmon pearls are the perfect alternative.

    With eggs, pasta, salads, sushi and any fish dish.

    • Alternative to salmon roe, at a significantly lower cost. Their flavour, colour, texture and liquid interior make them an ideal alternative to natural fish roe.
    • Pearls slightly more resistant than natural roe. Ideal when the aesthetics matter.
    • Non GMO and gluten-free.
    • Many uses: ready to eat or cook. Does not loose its shape or fade with heat.
    • Alternative to fish roe, for a more environmentally friendly consumption of marine resources.
    • Long shelf life: 12 months from production and 7 days after opening.
    • Storage temperature: between 2 ºC and 6 ºC.
