    Moluga herring pearls, about 2 millimeters in diameter, are made from wild herring from the North Sea. Its natural smoking with a mixture of specially selected beech wood, together with a higher lipid content than in Avruga, a reduction in the presence of salt and the absence of sugar, give it a unique, subtle and delicious flavor as well as a smoother texture. creamy and an elegant dark gray color.
